So I met some legends today after the shit as fuck match! Kind of made me feel better after the loss though.

Ummm but yeah, Hamish Hartlett was so lovely. I defs picked the right player to favour!! I was so damn nervous to talk to him but he was sooo easy to approach. Just had to make eye contact with him and he’d move over to you and say hello. He was so patient with everyone, just hung around until no one was left. And I was freaking out because I actually got a first photo with him that I’d blinked in, and then when I’d noticed he’d already started talking to other randoms. But then I hung around and he looked back over and was like, “Are you alright?” and I was like “I blinked in my photo :(” and he was like “Haha all good, we can get another one.” And had a little convo with him and he is perfect and that’s the end. He signed my ‘8’ too. Fuck yeah.

The others were great. Mitchell was super duper friendly. He went through so much effort to find a pen for me so he could sign my guernsey haaha. He was all like, “Come walk with me, we’ll find a pen!” And umm WHAT THE FUCK, JUSTIN WESTHOFF IS THE BIGGEST PERSON I’VE EVER SEEN. LEGITMATELY DON’T KNOW HOW THAT’S POSSIBLE ^.

Anyway, might make it a tradition to go say hello after all the home matches with my bro and then finish off the day with the kick of the footy on the Ablie oval!

Such a shit loss, but a very fun day out.
